In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise. Defined terms are capitalised throughout the document.

By registering an account on evi3, you represent and warrant that:

1. You are at least 21 years of age as of the date of registration.
2. You are accessing evi3 for personal entertainment and not on behalf of any third party.
3. You are not a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, and you accept sole responsibility for determining whether your participation is lawful in your location.
4. You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, or contractor of evi3, or an immediate family member of any such person.
5. You have not previously had an account on evi3 that was suspended, closed, or terminated due to a breach of these Terms.
6. You are acting in your own name and with your own funds — proxy registration and third-party funding arrangements are prohibited.

evi3 reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming any of the above representations at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within the timeframe specified by evi3 may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your Account.

Each Member is permitted to hold one account only on evi3. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of all balances and the permanent closure of all associated accounts.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, mobile number, and preferred payment method details. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. Any material change — such as a change of address, email, or linked bank account — must be communicated to our support team promptly.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). evi3 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to safeguard your credentials. If you suspect that your Account has been compromised, you must notify us immediately at [email protected].

In order to protect the integrity of our platform and comply with internationally recognised anti-money laundering (AML) standards, evi3 requires all Members to complete identity verification before processing any withdrawal request or, in certain cases, after a Member's cumulative deposits exceed a defined threshold.

Acceptable KYC documentation includes, but is not limited to:

• Proof of Identity: A clear, legible copy of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or other government-issued photo ID.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three months showing your name and current residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the bank account or e-wallet used to deposit funds into your evi3 Account.

All submitted documents are processed securely and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy. evi3 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time if it deems further verification necessary. Withdrawals will remain on hold until KYC is satisfactorily completed.

evi3 accepts deposits exclusively via the following approved payment channels available to Indonesian Members:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. There is no upper limit on individual deposits; however, large deposits may trigger enhanced due-diligence checks in line with our AML obligations. All deposited funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name — third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Deposits are credited to your evi3 Account in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Processing times vary by payment method but are typically instant for e-wallet transfers and within one to three business hours for bank transfers, subject to the operating hours of the relevant financial institution. evi3 does not charge any deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used to make a deposit into your evi3 Account. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. evi3 aims to process the majority of withdrawal requests within five minutes; however, during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required, processing may take up to 24 hours.

The following conditions must be satisfied before a withdrawal request will be processed:

1. Your Account must have completed KYC verification successfully.
2. Any applicable bonus wagering requirements must have been met in full.
3. Your Account must be in good standing with no active investigations or restriction flags.
4. The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available real-money balance (bonus balances are not withdrawable until wagering requirements are met).

evi3 does not charge withdrawal fees. Any charges levied by your bank or e-wallet provider are outside our control and are your sole responsibility. In the event that a withdrawal is declined, evi3 will notify you by email and provide a reason where permitted by applicable compliance guidelines.

evi3 offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing Members, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events such as Idul Fitri, Nyepi, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions, plus any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times (the "rollover") before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated on each promotion's detail page.
• Validity Period: Bonuses expire if not used within the stated validity window. Expired bonus balances and associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• Game Contribution: Different game categories contribute at different rates towards wagering requirements. As a general guide, slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage. Specific contribution rates are published with each promotion.
• Maximum Bet: While a bonus is active, a maximum bet limit per round or match applies. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the voiding of the bonus and associated winnings.
• One Bonus at a Time: Members may hold only one active bonus at a time unless expressly stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms.
• Abuse Prevention: evi3 reserves the right to void bonuses and suspend accounts where it reasonably suspects bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of low-risk betting strategies designed to exploit promotional terms.

evi3 reserves the right to alter, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a Member has already opted in, evi3 will honour the terms applicable at the time of opt-in wherever operationally possible.

evi3 offers a broad range of gaming categories, including live casino tables (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and dragon tiger), slot games, crash games (including Aviator by Spribe), sports betting covering BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and Champions League, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws, and e-sports markets including Mobile Legends MPL and PUBG Mobile.

All games on evi3 are powered by certified third-party game studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Spribe — and operate on independently audited Random Number Generators (RNGs). evi3 does not manipulate game outcomes and is committed to provably fair gameplay.

The following wagering rules apply across all game categories:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets may not be cancelled or amended after placement except where an in-play cash-out feature is expressly offered.
• In the event of a technical error or disconnection during an active game round, the outcome will be determined by the game provider's server logs, which are considered definitive.
• Sports bets are settled according to official results as published by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA, PSSI, the Football Association). evi3 reserves the right to void bets on events where the result is disputed or where there is evidence of match manipulation.
• Maximum win limits per single bet or game session may apply and are published within each game's individual rules or within the sportsbook's betting limits section.

evi3 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to Members seriously. Gaming on our platform is intended solely as a form of entertainment. The following responsible gaming controls are available to all Members at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session, after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic notifications showing how long you have been playing and your net win/loss position during the session.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the platform for a defined period (30, 90, or 180 days) or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on evi3. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Opening more than one account, whether in your own name or using a different identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Members or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches — any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using stolen payment instruments.
• Engaging in bandar bola (football bookmaking) activity or any form of commercial wagering operation via the platform.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing other Members or evi3 staff.

All content on the evi3 platform — including but not limited to the evi3 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game assets, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of evi3 or its licensed game providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any content on evi3 without our prior written consent. Unauthorised use of evi3's intellectual property may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, evi3 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Service interruptions caused by maintenance, technical failures, third-party infrastructure outages, force majeure events, or factors beyond our reasonable control.
• The actions or omissions of third-party game providers, payment processors, or telecommunications companies.
• Any loss arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including the loss of funds due to bonus abuse detection or account suspension.
• Errors or delays in game outcome settlement caused by data feed issues from sports governing bodies.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, evi3's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you to evi3 in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

evi3 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify active Members by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect. Your continued use of evi3 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and contact our support team to close your account before the amended Terms come into force. Any pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with the Terms in effect at the time the withdrawal request was submitted.

You may close your evi3 Account at any time by contacting our 24/7 support team. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your Account (excluding bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within five business days, subject to KYC verification being complete.

evi3 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with immediate effect and without prior notice, where it reasonably determines that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• You have provided false or misleading information at any stage.
• Your Account activity indicates involvement in fraud, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Continued operation of your Account poses a regulatory or reputational risk to evi3.
• You are found to be under 21 years of age.

In the event of termination for cause, evi3 reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation and, where unlawful activity is confirmed, to report the matter to the appropriate authorities and forfeit all funds to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which evi3 holds its operating licence. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including their validity, interpretation, breach, or termination — shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered under the rules of the applicable arbitration body in the licensing jurisdiction. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm. You acknowledge that, as an Indonesian resident using an internationally licensed platform, it is your responsibility to assess the legal status of online gaming in your local jurisdiction.
